Damages and issues
• We are not responsible for items that were damaged through the shipping process, please take it up with your mail carriers or with your mailing company.
• If you receive the wrong items, the items will be accepted for return. Contact us immediately at our email S.Meticulous7@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged. It must be returned in the same condition it was received. If the seal on your items is broken we will not process your complaint and you will not be refunded.
• We do NOT accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
Returns
We will only accept returned items from customers who have orders that were sent the incorrect items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, you will be sent your correct items.
• Due to the way our products are made we can not accept items back. We can not risk tampering or destroying the quality of our products.
• Please remember it can take some time to attend to everyone’s needs. You will be notified when your items have left our inventory.
- Simply. Meticulous processing time orders will be 4-14 business days. National Holidays may affect arrival time. We are not responsible for any deliveries that go through customs and are received damage, missing, broken, or used through that process. We are not responsible for any extra fees.
